Step 1. Open the Mail App. Tap Exchange. 

If you already have an account setup under the mail app then go to Settings > Mail > Accounts > Add Account

Step 2. Enter your email address and a description.

Step 3. Select Sign In on the Popup

Step 4. In the next Popup select Continue.

Step 5. In the next window enter your password and press Sign in.

If you have previously setup your Microsoft Authenticator you will receive a pop up similar to the one below.

Step 6. In the next Popup select Accept.

Step 7. The next two windows should show up .

 Step 8.  Press Save  .

Step 9.  Press Allow.
